Who We Are
Stanek and Son's Legal Services has been serving residents of Northern Illinois and Chicago's Western Suburbs for more than 35 years, but as of June 2016, took on a paralegal, who specializes in document preparation and the seller side of real estate transactions. This allows our senior partner to be in "two places at once," figuratively speaking.
The ease of reaching someone from Stanek and Son's is what makes us unique, compared to our competition. Also, our vast network of referrals stemming from our decade-long membership in Business Networking International (BNI) and various Bar Associations sets us apart by having the ability to connect our clients with reliable local service providers, banks, loan officers, title companies, and other legal resources.
Why Us?
Unlike our major competition, our Senior partner, John G. Stanek, insists on affordable, flat-rate pricing as opposed to the hourly rates common among other law firms.
Also, unlike most other small firms, John has been known to give out his direct cell phone number, and Michael, his paralegal, is frequently in the office and/or on-call on weekends.
